Boxing/Kick Boxing

Our group fitness circuit style box / kick boxing is a high energy class that will have you wanting more. With the use of several station, your 30 - 45 minute session will have you burning calories in no time. We not only have boxing stations, our classes will also provide you with bouts of cardio in between your rounds. This class is designed for all levels of fitness. If you are interested in one on one sessions please see the front desk.

YOGA

Our low impact women’s group fitness class is for the new comers and those with limitations that still want to feel the burn! This class is designed to provide balance, with the use of our support beams, reduce the impact on your joints and give you a sense of security. If you are coming back from an injury and finding your way back into the fitness world this is the class for you.

Zumba

Are you ready to dance those calories away? Me too! Our instructor lead Zumba Classes are fun and energetic. Our choreographed moves are designed to help you burn those unwanted calories while you tighten and tone those problem areas. This class is open to every member.

Build A Body

Here we incorporate cardio intervals between rope exercises to help you build leaner muscles. This class is for those who have taken Pull Your Weight I.

HIIT

Our women’s group fitness is an instructor lead, choreographed class that will have you working up a sweat in no time. This particular class does involve a moderate amount of jumping at a moderate pace and ranges from 30 – 45 minutes.

Strength Training

Work off that Sunday brunch or train for an obstacle course race! We recommend this class for those who have completed at least two level I courses within the last month.
